Steel frames with outstanding mechanical properties 

The framework of the space capsule is welded from high-quality galvanized square steel tubes. On the one hand, such a structure has great rigidity and strong impact resistance by itself. On the other hand, it is conducive to weight reduction and lowers the transportation costs for customers. Moreover, this framework structure has a strong anti-corrosion ability, significantly enhancing the durability of the space capsule.

The positioning of the embedded pipeline is accurate

After the construction of the main body of the capsule steel frame is completed, Jiujian arranges professional electrical installers to carry out the pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines according to the drawings.

After the embedding is completed, after the electrical installer passes the self-inspection, the quality inspector will enter the next process after checking and confirming that it is qualified.

Polyurethane insulation

Jiujian's space capsule insulation material is made of 70mm thick polyurethane, which is particularly sincere to customers among competing products. This kind of material not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also excellent sound insulation, sealing and waterproof performance.

It allows our customers to be at a comfortable living temperature with the help of air conditioning, whether it is at a low temperature of -50 degrees Celsius or a high temperature of 60 degrees Celsius.

Their role is to enhance the corrosion resistance of our space capsule, and the surface will not be deformed when subjected to cold and hot temperature changes, enhancing the durability of the space capsule.
